Our Service Promise
Kalori Delivery provides a premium meal kit service across Samarinda. Every balanced daily menu is crafted to meet precise nutritional profiles without compromising on flavor or freshness.
01. Acceptance
By using kaloridelivery.id, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement. Use of our service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose is strictly prohibited.
02. Subscription & Orders
When you order healthy meals through our platform, you are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. We offer calorie-controlled set meals tailored to your selection during the checkout process.
Execution & Logistics
Delivery Zones
Currently, Kalori Delivery operates exclusively within Samarinda and surrounding districts. Our diet menu with delivery is handled by climate-controlled logistics to ensure food safety from our kitchen to your door.
Failure to receive a delivery during the agreed window (08:00 - 20:00) due to customer absence may result in the forfeiture of that day's meal without refund, as our products are highly perishable.
Nutritional Accuracy
Each calorie-controlled set meal is measured by our clinical nutritionists. While we strive for 100% precision, biological variations in ingredients may cause minor deviations in final macronutrient counts.
We do not provide medical advice. Our meals are designed for healthy lifestyle management and are not a substitute for clinical intervention or professional medical consultation.
Payment & Refunds
All subscriptions must be paid in full prior to the start of the delivery cycle. Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 48 hours in advance for a partial credit to your account.
Refunds are processed only in cases of service failure on our part. We utilize secure Indonesian payment gateways; Kalori Delivery does not store your credit card or banking credentials directly.
Health & Allergens
It is the customer's sole responsibility to notify Kalori Delivery of any severe food allergies during the onboarding process. Our kitchen handles nuts, dairy, soy, and gluten.

- Cross-contamination is minimized but cannot be entirely eliminated.

Platform Integrity
All content on kaloridelivery.id, including meal photography, meal kit service structures, and logos, is the exclusive property of Kalori Delivery. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our proprietary meal plans or recipes.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Samarinda.
Modification
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be announced via email to active subscribers.
